The Upper Village of Bayview Hill in Richmond Hill marked Cachet’s first major foray into building executive style homes on 50’ lots in the prestigious Bayview Hill community. The 32 homes Cachet built included all of the meticulous design, detail and execution capabilities the company honed through its extensive custom building experience.
