Project Description
Kleinburg Heritage Estates is a newly created community consisting of 45 estate lots bordering the Humber River, in the heart of the Kleinburg Heritage district, at the northwest corner of Highway 27 and Nashville Road in Vaughan, Ontario. Cachet Developments is responsible for managing the detailed engineering design municipal approval process, and ultimately, the severance of the land through the subdivision registration process. Upon obtaining the necessary approvals, Cachet will develop the infrastructure required to facilitate the construction of the new home estates.
